Transform Trauma 

This 16 hour course emphasizes the need for massage therapists to recognize and identify with the symptoms of traumatic and post traumatic stress. There is time to explore through discussion and experiential education the therapists own history with trauma, recognizing that most of us have at this time in history, experience the effects of vicarious trauma. Through the use of some very basic techniques of Jin Shin Accupressure, students will leave with skills to assist their clients as well as themselves to restore balance and harmony in the body, mind, spirit. There is a model of being with clients that Joni shares in depth during the seminar, that students may continue to develop after the weekend is over. Expect a personal and professional growth experience and be prepared to have fun as well during this seminar.
