You do not have to be flexible to receive Thai Massage - it is for EVERYONE

Thai massage originated  in Thailand  circa 3rd Century BC

Currently Thai Massage is practiced in every hospital in Thailand.

Therapeutic for Restoring Balance to Mind, Body, Heart, and Soul

Medical benefits include enhance mobility and reduced pain and stiffness

Traditional Thai Massage is performed on a Thai Mat; both client and therapist wear loose fitting clothing. Palm Presses and Thumb Presses are used to work on soft tissues in conjunction with Passive Stretching. While a client enters a deep state of relaxation, the therapist helps restore balance by working with Sen Energy lines in combination with rhythmic movements, gentle rocking, and deep passive stretches. Both client and therapist enter a deep meditation, built upon trust and receptivity. Some call this Lazy Man's Yoga.

I will work at the level you are flexible and when I am finished you will feel more open and more flexible. Thai massage can be given to someone who is limited in mobility and I can modify the session to work with you in a chair if need be.
